Church Highlight: Victory Assembly of God – Jasper, IN

Victory Assembly of God was started in 1987 in the basement of a bank in Jasper, Indiana. For several months, the church rented various rooms in Jasper to hold their services. They eventually purchased a small building. As the church continued to grow, they finally built their current building in 1991.

The lead pastors, Pastors Joel & Kim Rivera, have been leading the church for 10 years. They are constantly evaluating the needs of their church congregation and plan to expand by building a Student Life Center to provide ministry areas for the children and youth.

Victory Assembly has a true heart to reach their community, the hurting and the lost. Not only do they have the desire to advance the gospel locally but also worldwide, through outreaches, church events, mission trips and supporting missionaries around the globe.
