River Valley Church, located in Burnsville, Minnesota, is dedicated to leading individuals into an authentic, life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. Founded in 1995 by Pastors Rob and Becca Ketterling, River Valley Church began modestly in an elementary school with just 13 attendees. Over the years, it has expanded into a vibrant congregation, now welcoming nearly 10,000 individuals across multiple campuses in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area and internationally. This growth underscores the church’s dedication to outreach and community impact.

Pastor Rob Ketterling, the founding and lead pastor, has over 30 years of ministry experience. Under his leadership, River Valley Church has become known for its generosity. Pastor Rob is also an accomplished author. He serves on several organizational boards, such as the Executive Presbytery for the Assemblies of God USA and the Board of Regents for North Central University.

Pastor Becca Ketterling is in a full-time ministry role, leading the women’s ministry at River Valley Church. Pastor Becca is the visionary behind the annual Sparkle women’s conference, which gathers thousands of women to celebrate and deepen their faith. Together, Pastors Rob and Becca have cultivated a church environment that emphasizes spiritual growth, community engagement, and global outreach.
