Church Highlight: River of Life Christian Center – Bridgeport, TX

Bridgeport is a small town in Texas with a population of almost 6,000 people. Bridgeport has been named the Stagecoach Capital of Texas and it is also home to River of Life Christian Center. In everything they do at River of Life Christian Center, they want people to know God and become all that He has called and created them to be. Their vision is to fulfill God’s calling by making disciples and hosting His presence through manifesting the Spirit of God into the next generation.

Nick Gass is the lead pastor of River of Life Christian Center. God completely transformed his life at the age of 30 and called him to ministry. He and his wife Alissa were drawn to this church, renaming it River of Life Christian Center by inspiration of the Holy Spirit, and accepting the leadership position of senior pastor. Their desire is for the church to be an ongoing, free flowing river if living water that will transform lives and set people free.

River of Life’s vision is to train up an army of leaders in the word of faith for the Kingdom of God to be champions for Christ. They believe there is victory for every person. They truly want to see people’s lives changed, walking in victory, and becoming the leaders God has called and created them to be.
