Church Highlight: Only Believe Church – Kenton, OH

Kenton is a city in Hardin County, Ohio. It is located about 57 miles from Columbus and its population is about 7,950 people. It is home to Only Believe Church. At Only Believe Kenton, they do their best to put families first. They believe families are the backbone of their congregation, and though they all look a little different – they all have one thing in common – they are the most important aspect of their church. They are passionate about their Pastors and volunteers working hard to enrich peoples walk with Jesus, and they do their best to make everyone feel right at home.

Lead Pastors, Phillip and Regina Walker were faithful and active members of Only Believe Church in Botkins for many years before they began their work in Kenton. Their ministry experience while they were in Botkins was extensive, including pastoring a church in Van Wert, teaching in the Only Believe Bible College, ministering as altar workers, and participating in many outreaches and street witnessing programs. When the call came for them to become pastors at Only Believe in Kenton, they were quick to answer and eager to begin a new work. Only Believe in Kenton has been touching lives since 2011, and the congregation has been growing steadily from the very beginning. Pastors Phillip and Regina love people, and they have a desire to help them by preaching and teaching the Word of God, and by reaching out in personal and tangible ways. They strive for excellence in everything they do, and they are excited to meet and encourage people of their community to become a part of the Only Believe family.

The people of Only Believe Kenton are so excited about the future! They will soon have 8,640 square feet of God-inspired space inside their new church with two acres outside. The facility will include state-of-the-art lighting and sound equipment, and plenty of room in the main sanctuary for teams to minister on the platform and at the altar. Their mission is clear: winning souls and changing lives in a city ready for a move of God.
