Church Highlight: NaplesChurch – Naples, Florida

NaplesChurch, located in Naples, Florida, is a vibrant church committed to creating a place where people can experience God, build meaningful relationships, and take their next step in faith. A phrase that captures the heart of the church is “Love Works.” NaplesChurch places a strong emphasis on creating a welcoming environment where people are valued, accepted, and encouraged to grow in their relationship with God.

The culture of NaplesChurch is shaped by several distinctive core values, including A Safe Place, Mi Casa es Su Casa, Authenticity, Everybody Does the Dishes, and Go Outside. Together, these values reflect the church’s commitment to hospitality, genuine relationships, teamwork, and reaching beyond the walls of the church to serve others.

NaplesChurch also maintains a strong biblical foundation, affirming the authority of Scripture, salvation through Jesus Christ, the work and empowerment of the Holy Spirit, prayer, faith, and the importance of the local church.

NaplesChurch is led by Pastor Paul Foslien, the Lead Pastor. Pastor Paul also leads the church’s School of Leadership alongside experienced business leaders from the congregation. The School of Leadership is designed to provide practical wisdom, biblical insight, and real-world leadership principles that help people grow in their ability to influence and lead others with faith, humility, and purpose. Pastor Maria Foslien also serves alongside Pastor Paul in ministry, and the church identifies Paul and Maria as founding pastors.

Helping people take meaningful next steps is an important part of the ministry at NaplesChurch. The church provides opportunities such as Start Here, baptism, groups, team service, prayer, and leadership development. Start Here is offered monthly to help those new to the faith or the church better understand Christianity and become more actively involved in the church community. NaplesChurch also regularly celebrates water baptism as a public declaration of a person’s decision to follow Jesus.

Investing in the next generation is another significant part of the church’s ministry. NaplesKids serves children from newborn through fifth grade with the goal of helping children know God, love the church, and establish a strong foundation of faith. NaplesYTH serves middle and high school students through worship, relevant teaching, small groups, outreach, and events, with an emphasis on creating a safe place where young people can come as they are and grow in their faith.

NaplesChurch also demonstrates a commitment to developing leaders and impacting its broader community. In 2026, the church served as a host site for the Global Leadership Summit, bringing local leaders together for two days of leadership development, encouragement, and practical training.

Through the leadership of Pastor Paul and Maria Foslien and the commitment of the NaplesChurch family, the church continues creating opportunities for people to encounter God, find community, grow in their faith, develop as leaders, and make a difference in the lives of others.

Please join us this week as we celebrate and lift up our friends at NaplesChurch in prayer! We are excited about all God is doing and will continue to do in and through Pastor Paul and Maria Foslien and the NaplesChurch family!
