Highland Community Church stands firmly rooted in historic, biblical Christianity. Over the years, the congregation has defined its purpose with deliberate clarity: to help people come to know Christ, grow in faith, and go engage in ministry. This love‑rooted mission underscores every aspect of their ministry ensuring that doctrine and devotion shape belief, growth is supported relationally, and the Great Commission propels their outreach.Their mission statement—KNOW, GROW, GO—is more than a slogan; it’s a rhythm of spiritual formation. Complementing this are core values such as biblical teaching, corporate prayer, evangelism, relational discipleship, stewardship, leadership development, worship, and family-centered ministry all anchored in Scripture.

At the helm is Senior Pastor Dale Harris, who brings not just pastoral care but also moral clarity and theological conviction to Highland’s pulpit. His installation took place on October 10, 202). Prior to his call in Cokato, Dale served in EFCA contexts, including Range Community Bible Church, and previously in Harvest Bible Chapel networks where he courageously spoke out during a time of institutional crisis.

Beyond his pastoral leadership, Dale Harris is also an author, poet, and songwriter. He is also an advocate for deep discipleship and navigating ministry’s challenges.
