Church Highlight: The Heart Church – Colorado Springs, CO

The Gate Church, in Davenport, Florida, is a vibrant congregation. Established with a mission to glorify God through worship, serve Christ through ministry, share God’s Word through outreach, strengthen others in Christ through fellowship, and develop faith through discipleship, the church emphasizes a spirit-filled, family-focused community. Their vision centers on loving God and people, honoring God and people, and serving God and people, creating a welcoming atmosphere where everyone can connect and grow in faith.

Pastors Jeremy and Heather Clark lead The Gate Church with a deep commitment to ministry and community. Beginning their service as youth pastors in 1998, they have held various roles, including support staff, administrative positions, children’s ministry, and worship leadership. In January 2014, feeling a clear call from the Lord, they moved their family to Florida to pursue full-time ministry. They served as evangelists, traveling across the United States, and Pastor Jeremy obtained his ordination and license through the Church of God. In March 2016, they accepted the position of lead pastors at The Gate Church, where they continue to serve faithfully.

With a motto of “Nobody’s Perfect, Everyone’s Welcome, Anything’s Possible,” The Gate Church strives to create an environment where individuals can experience transformation and community. Under the leadership of Pastors Jeremy and Heather Clark, the church continues to impact lives and spread the message of hope and faith throughout the Davenport area.
