In 2004, the “Next Chapter” campaign facilitated the expansion of the church’s facilities, including the construction of the Community Life Center, Counseling Center, and dedicated spaces for NextGen Ministry, offices, and classrooms. This development aimed to better serve the congregation and the broader community.

The mission of Westminster Chapel is encapsulated in the phrase “A Jesus Transformation,” reflecting the church’s dedication to fostering personal and communal growth through the teachings of Jesus Christ. Despite these obstacles, Pastor Ryan, along with his wife Liz and their daughter Mim, have been instrumental in nurturing the church community, focusing on reliance on Christ’s power to transform lives.
