While its story is still unfolding, the church has already gained recognition for its dynamic presence and heart for outreach in Nolensville and beyond. At the center of this community is Pastor Daniel Morris, who brings both experience and passion to his role as lead pastor. Before planting Cultivate, Daniel served as Worship Minister at Brentwood Baptist Church and Worship Pastor at Westside Baptist Church. His years in ministry shaped his deep love for worship as a lifestyle and his desire to help people encounter God in meaningful ways. Daniel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Church Music from The Baptist College of Florida and a Master’s Degree in Worship Leadership from Liberty University—credentials that reflect his dedication to both the art and the theology of worship.

Pastor Daniel’s leadership extends far beyond the walls of the church. Recently, he has been involved in global ministry efforts, including training pastors in Kenya. His heart for equipping leaders and serving the global church mirrors Cultivate’s own vision: to impact not only Middle Tennessee but also the wider world with the message of Christ. Meanwhile, Cultivate continues to reach people locally through its sermon series—such as The Kingdom Life and teaching through the book of Romans.
